Broadband Business Service Plan Additional Information
- Crosslink Business Plans can offer a sync rate of 20000kbps downstream and 1000kbps upstream*
- Optimal ADSL2+ speeds require compatible ADSL2+ modem and filters. Actual speeds will vary due to many factors including distance from the local telephone exchange, the quality of the customer's copper phone line, cabling and equipment.
- 1MB is defined as 1,000,000 bytes.
- Inclusive data refers to the amount of metered data that is included in the plan per month for free. Anything in excess of this amount it charged at the excess data amount that applies to that plan.
- Metered data is the amount of data downloaded plus the excess backchannel traffic.
- For every 1 MB of downloaded traffic, you are allowed 4MB uploaded (backchannel traffic) free. Uploaded traffic over this amount will be charged at 2.75c per Mb
- A service alteration fee is payable on a change of speed, or change of data plan request.
- Services are subject to availability.
- Services are billed monthly and connections and disconnections are billed pro-rata.
- Termination requests must be given in writing and will only be processed on the date of receipt if received before 3:00pm Australian EST on a business working day, otherwise the request will be processed on the next business working day.
- Services must be used for illegal purposes. CROSSLINK reserves the right to terminate a connection being used for illegal purposes.
- Crosslink Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate connections if all monies owning are not paid when they become overdue.
